The olives offered come from a small producer in the Peloponnese, the Stamatakou family. They are handpicked, processed with a special vacuum machine, and stored in special glass jars, with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil produced by the same producer. The traditional preservation method for Kalamata olives maintains all of their qualities until consumption. Ideal for every meal.
