Kalamata olives in vacuum packaging with low salt content, organic type, 500g - with pit. Kalamata olives are characteristic of southern Greece, specifically the Peloponnese peninsula. They are considered premium olives, with large size, fleshy texture, and intense aromatic flavor. They have a dark color. The olives offered come from a small producer in the Peloponnese, the Stamatakou family. They are handpicked, processed with a special vacuum machine, and stored in special glass jars, with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil produced by the same producer. The traditional preservation method for Kalamata olives maintains all of their qualities until consumption. Ideal for every meal.
