Organic Green Seeds for Sprouting 50g

Leek sprouts add a spicy flavor to salads. They are rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C, and E and have anti-infective, anti-rheumatic, and diuretic properties.

  • Consume the sprouts when they reach 3-4 cm.
  • Consumption advice: use in small amounts due to the strong flavor.
  • Soaking time: 1 night.
  • Germination time: 9 to 12 days.
  • For better germination, place the seeds in the refrigerator half a day before soaking.

Ingredients: 100% leek seeds (Allium porrum), from organic farming.

Recommended sprouters: jar sprouter or tray sprouter, following the instructions provided with the sprouter.

It is recommended to consume the sprouted seeds as fresh as possible. If not consumed immediately, they should be stored for only a few days in the refrigerator, preferably in a container covered with cling film.
