William Fevre Chablis Premier Cru Montmains is a dry white wine made from 100% Chardonnay in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France. The region’s cool climate is associated with higher acidity and less fruit-forward flavors, while the influence of oak is limited.
It is aged for 10–13 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. It pairs with white meats and poultry, fish and seafood, pasta and pizza, cheeses and charcuterie, vegetables and legumes. It can also be served as an aperitif.
