Cleaning Steps

After receiving the product, first remove two to four new cleaning cloths, wash them, and let them dry before use. This step is necessary because the cloths may contain dust particles that can affect the cleaning performance of the device. When replacing the cloths for the second time, spray a small amount of detergent on the cloths or directly on the glass and clean again. If water stains remain, you can use a dry cloth to wipe again, effectively removing fog and spots.

Smart Suction Ability

With an optimized suction power of 3,800 Pa, the window cleaning robot firmly adheres to the glass. It automatically detects the level of dirt and adjusts the suction power accordingly, allowing use on all types of smooth surfaces such as glass, mirrors, large tiles, marble surfaces, wooden doors, and more. It is not recommended to use it on inclined windows or internal skylight windows.

80 ml Smart Water Tank

The window cleaning device sprays water every five seconds during operation. One full cycle can clean a large surface of about 70 to 80 square meters. Highly concentrated detergents should not be added to the water tank to avoid clogging the spray nozzles.

UPS + Special Safety Handle

Ergonomically designed for easy one-hand use, the device can be placed precisely by its sensor and prevents falls. The professional 5-meter safety rope can withstand up to 180 kg in case of a sudden fall. In case of unexpected power outage, the robot can maintain strong suction on the glass for 20 to 30 minutes while activating an alarm, ensuring safety when cleaning windows at height. The device must remain connected to a power source during operation.

Efficient Dual Rotating Wheels

The dual spiral system gathers dust and dirt with double rotation, ensuring efficient and thorough cleaning. The robot comes with six sets (12 pieces) of high-density microfiber cloths that do not detach easily, do not harm the glass, and effectively remove stains with strong wiping capability.

Smart Edge Detection

The device automatically plans the cleaning path at startup. The high-precision sensor detects edges and obstacles, allowing the W3 to easily clean frameless windows. After the cleaning process is complete, the robot returns to its starting point. It should be charged for two hours before first use.

Comfortable Remote Control

The provided remote control facilitates the operation and management of the W3 window cleaning robot from a distance, offering extra comfort and flexibility.

Water Solution Without Spraying

To resolve issues with the water spraying function, first use the cleaning needle to puncture the spray nozzle several times. After turning on the device, hold the window cleaner with one hand and press the water spray button on the remote control with the other hand. Press the water spray button multiple times if needed. The ON/OFF button on the remote control is used to start and stop the water spray.
