You can apply about a walnut-sized amount on damp hair, focusing mainly from the mid-lengths to the ends, gently massaging to ensure proper absorption. For better results, leave the mask on for at least 5 minutes, wrapping your hair with a warm towel. The warm environment helps the nutrients penetrate even more effectively.

After the treatment time, rinse well with lukewarm to cold water to close the hair cuticles and "lock in" the nutrients. You can also find creams that allow for leave-in application, if you prefer.
