Description & Specifications

The Giorik MTG10W_R electric oven combines convection cooking and steam, with steam generated through direct injection and distributed throughout the chamber by the fan. The Easyair system and electronic controls precisely regulate humidity and cooking conditions, while the three fan speeds and automatic fan reversal help ensure even air circulation. The touchscreen allows you to select cooking programs and import recipes from a USB drive.

It includes pre-installed programs for gastronomy and pastry, a one-touch quick-start menu, and Rack Control for cooking different products simultaneously on each level. The EasyService function synchronizes the completion of dishes, and programs with up to nine cooking phases can be saved. It also features a low-temperature sous vide program with Delta T control and a temperature-holding function before serving. The exterior is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with interior lighting and an opening door glass panel.
