Lavender - An essential oil belonging to the Lamiaceae plant family, used since ancient times. Lavender is valued for the beautiful appearance of its flowers, its intense color, strong scent, and numerous benefits.

The scent of lavender, with its gentle aromatic dimension, promotes a state of relaxation and calmness, minimizing feelings of fatigue and mental tension. It is also known that lavender aroma purifies the air from fungi and repels insects.

Usage instructions: Lavender essential oil should be diluted in water or other carrier oils before application to the skin. In case of sensitive skin, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area, such as the inside of the elbow.

Recommended use:

• Massage: Add 5-6 drops of essential oil to 10 ml of carrier oil, mix well, and apply to the skin with gentle circular massage movements.
• Relaxing baths: Dilute 10 drops of lavender oil in bath foam, liquid soap, or bath foam. This process ensures relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Inhalation: Add 8 drops of lavender essential oil to 100 ml of warm water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam scented with the essential oil.
• Aromatherapy: Fill the diffuser with water and add 3-6 drops of lavender essential oil. The aroma will evaporate as the water temperature rises.

Contraindications: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Sensitivity testing on the inside of the elbow is recommended at least 24 hours before use. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and sunlight.
