COMPOSITION: 100% peppermint essential oil (Mentha Arvensis)

BENEFITS: It comes from its antiseptic, antispasmodic properties and stimulating substances. Peppermint essential oil combats fatigue and nervous exhaustion, improving concentration. It helps relieve headaches, migraines, anxiety, and worry. It is also known to alleviate symptoms of seasonal allergies and common colds, while as a soothing plant, it is recommended for treating abdominal pain and indigestion.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Niavis peppermint essential oil is intended for external use only. It is recommended to apply to the skin only after dilution in a carrier oil.

• Massage: Dilute 5-6 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of carrier oil. Mix well and apply to the desired area for massage.
• Relaxing baths: Add 5-10 drops (depending on aroma intensity preference) to a warm bath. Relax for 10 minutes, deeply inhaling the steam containing the essential oil vapors. For sensitive skin, mix the essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil.
• Inhalations: Add 8 drops of peppermint essential oil to 100 ml of warm water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam for a few minutes. Keep your eyes closed during the process as the vapors may cause irritation.
• Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops of peppermint essential oil to 50 ml of warm water in an aromatherapy burner. The steam release will distribute the aroma throughout the room.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. It is recommended to perform an allergy test on the inner elbow at least 24 hours before use. Store in a dry, cool place away from heat and sunlight.
