The Smaakt rice substitute made from plant-based Konjac powder is low in carbohydrates. Plant-based Konjac is a starch-free root rich in dietary fiber, fat-free and sugar-free, with almost no calories. Smaakt Less Carb Konjac rice is made with a unique recipe that mixes gluten-free oat fibers with Konjac powder. Typically, Konjac products have a white and glossy color and a very firm texture. With the addition of the fiber blend, the color becomes yellow, similar to pasta, and the texture is softer and tastier.
Preparation method: Drain the liquid, rinse well under running water, and add to sauces, stir-fried dishes, soups, or warm salads.
