They have excellent support: when you step down, your feet feel incredibly stable, with no movement at all. Also, the sole has very good grip and doesn’t slip at all. The only thing to keep in mind is that, if you stand for a long time, the sole of the foot gets somewhat tired, since they are not soft — something completely logical for the purpose they are intended for.
