Cylindrical short-length drills for metal, according to DIN 338, type N, point angle 118°.

Features:

  • Material: HSS-G, processed, through.
  • Right-hand cutting.
  • Helix angle: 20-30 degrees.
  • Diameter tolerance: h8.
  • Starting from 2 mm with additional point sharpening at the support area and reduction of the cutting edge, according to DIN 1412 C, for easier cutting and reduced cutting force.
  • Designed for drilling in non-alloyed and low alloy steels with Rm ≤ 800 N/mm², drilling in cast irons and non-ferrous materials (aluminum, copper, and brass alloys), plastics and various spheroidal materials (not for spheroidal parts made of steel powders or treated metals).
  • Recommended use in drilling machines, fixed and permanent equipment, and only occasionally in portable electric or pneumatic drills.
