Full kit for repairing and painting rims. Complete kit for repairing, refurbishing, and painting rims with quality products from AVEX.ro. The kit is DIY-type and can be used by anyone following the included instructions. The kit contains:

• 4 x 400 ml Champion paint spray cans
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear varnish spray can
• 1 x special filler for aluminum rims
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpapers with different grit numbers for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x masking tape roll to protect the edge of the tire

WARNING! The rim shown in the image is for decorative purposes only and is not included in the package. Application instructions:

1. Thoroughly clean the rims to remove dust or grease.
2. Smooth out the rim grips to correct them and create a rough surface for the filler to adhere to.
3. Clean again or blow to remove any metallic debris.
4. Apply masking tape around the rim on the tire to protect it from paint fumes.
5. Apply the filler to the rim grips using a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the included gloves) to fill in grips or cracks.
6. After about 10 minutes, once the filler hardens, smooth the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
7. If the filler does not cover all grips, repeat the process as needed until all gaps are filled.
8. After smoothing with the finishing sandpaper, prepare the surface for painting with a finer grit sandpaper.
9. If you wish to paint the entire rim and not just the grips, prepare the rim surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
10. Clean the rim surface from any sanding residues.
11. Shake the paint spray can for about 2 minutes to mix well and apply to the rim with smooth, even movements.
12. After 10-20 minutes, apply the next layer of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal coverage.
13. Finally, after applying the paint layers and drying, apply the varnish layer in the same way as the paint layers.
14. For high gloss, apply multiple coats of varnish with drying intervals between applications.

The varnish application is optional. In some cases, the painted surface is already quite glossy without applying the clear varnish. Product images
