Set for repairing and painting wheels. The set includes quality products from AVEX.ro and is suitable for repairing, renovating, and painting wheels. It is a DIY type and can be used by anyone, following the included instructions. The set contains:

• 2 x 400 ml spray paint Champion
• 1 x 500 ml clear varnish spray Champion
• 1 x special filler for aluminum rims
• 1 x disposable glove set
• 1 x sandpaper set with different polishing grits for surface correction before and after applying the filler
• 1 x masking tape roll to protect the tire bead

Warning! The wheel shown in the picture is for presentation purposes and is not included in the package.

Application instructions:

• Thoroughly clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
• Flatten any dents in the wheel to correct them and create a rough surface for the filler to adhere.
• Clean again or blow off metal residues resulting from polishing.
• Apply masking tape around the wheel, on the tire, to protect it from paint fumes.
• Apply the filler to the dents in the wheel using a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the gloves included in the set) to cover dents or cracks.
• After about 10 minutes, once the filler hardens, smooth the surface with fine-grit sandpaper.
• If the filler did not cover all dents, repeat the process as many times as necessary until all holes are filled.
• After sanding with finishing sandpaper, finish with progressively finer grits to prepare the surface for painting.
• If you want to paint the entire wheel and not just the dents, prepare the wheel surface with fine sandpaper.
• Clean the wheel surface from any polishing residues.
• Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes to homogenize and apply it to the wheel with steady, even strokes.
• After drying for about 10-20 minutes, apply the next coat of paint. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal coverage.
• Finally, after applying and drying the paint coats, apply a layer of varnish in the same way as the paint coats.
• For high gloss, apply multiple layers of varnish with intervals for drying. Varnish application is optional; in some cases, the painted surface is sufficiently glossy even without applying clear varnish.
