BlowTie is designed for regulating and controlling the residual pressure during the fermentation process, especially in cases of transfer from barrel to barrel, barrel to bottle, or fermenter to barrel. It is an ideal solution for effective pressure management, ensuring consistent results and preventing carbonation loss.

Instructions for use: Use the yellow adjustment button to control the pressure exiting the pressure vessel. Turning it clockwise increases the pressure, while turning it counterclockwise decreases it. It is recommended to carbonate a barrel at a known pressure, e.g., 15psi, before connecting the BlowTie Kit and adjusting it to 10psi.
