Very good power ball, sturdy construction and it does the job; it has enough resistance. I wanted it to strengthen my wrist after surgery

Description & Specifications

The Mozos PBALL hand-strengthening ball uses a gyroscopic mechanism for wrist, hand and forearm exercises. Rotating the wrist increases the mechanism’s speed and resistance, without requiring an additional power source. It helps strengthen the fingers, wrists, hands, forearms and biceps, while also improving dexterity, coordination and muscle-fibre endurance.

The ball can be used for grip rehabilitation and strengthening exercises, including by musicians, guitarists, pianists and drummers. Put on the wrist strap before exercising. Avoid dropping the ball or obstructing the rotating sphere while it is in use.
