I bought it, tried it on the programs I was interested in, and I am truly thrilled.
It makes incredible ice cream – from full fat to lighter options – and honestly, in terms of taste, it has nothing to envy from machine-made ice cream outside.
The granitas? Fantastic. And the best part:
I make them without sugar, with erythritol or even with natural juice, so I know exactly what we are consuming.
Perfect milkshakes, equally cold drinks – and now I even make Herbalife's Formula 1 in it, like a milkshake for breakfast. It has become a daily habit. It also makes it as ice cream.

Την πήρα, τη δοκίμασα στα προγράμματα που με ενδιέφεραν και πραγματικά έχω μείνει κατενθουσιασμένη.
Φτιάχνει απίστευτο παγωτό – από full fat, μέχρι πιο light επιλογές – και ειλικρινά, σε γεύση δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από παγωτό μηχανής έξω.
Οι γρανίτες; Φανταστικές. Και το καλύτερο:
Τις φτιάχνω χωρίς ζάχαρη, με ερυθριτόλη ή και με φυσικό χυμό, οπότε ξέρω ακριβώς τι καταναλώνουμε.
Milkshakes τέλεια, κρύα ροφήματα εξίσου – και πλέον φτιάχνω και το Formula 1 της Herbalife εκεί, σαν milkshake για πρωινό. Έχει γίνει καθημερινή συνήθεια. Το φτιάχνει επίσης και παγωτό.
Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα τα slushies με ποτό (αν και τα υποστηρίζει), γιατί δεν είναι κάτι που καταναλώνουμε, αλλά για όποιον θέλει, καλύπτει και αυτό.

Ειλικρινά, θα δουλεύει όλο το καλοκαίρι. Και για οικονομία (γιατί τα παγωτά έχουν ξεφύγει ) αλλά και για να αποφεύγουμε τη ζάχαρη με σπιτικές επιλογές.
Το μόνο που μένει να δω είναι η αντοχή στον χρόνο.
Αλλά μέχρι τώρα; Πραγματικά αξίζει.
If you want to avoid hassle and have ice cream in 30 minutes, this machine is the only way. We had gotten tangled up with cheaper machines and all the taking it out and putting it back in the freezer for 24 hours and then putting it back in and still not managing to make velvety ice cream... Just pour in plain milk and it will make ice cream.
After 1 month of use, the notches that lock the bowl start breaking. It wasn’t hit. They break from the cold. Soon it will need a workaround. I didn’t expect that from such an expensive machine.
After 2 months of use, it struggles to turn the bowl and stops at 20 minutes with the ice cream trapped inside, waiting for it to melt so you can take it out. What a shame for the money we gave. If we had known what a dud it is, we would have used a mixer with a metal bowl in a bain-marie with the same result. AVOID IT.
Because even if they replace the bowl for you, the sockets will break again, I’m showing a photo where I have put a 16 mm rubber band from a speargun and it constantly pushes it backward.
Αν θελετε να μην ταλαιπωρηθητε και να χετε παγωτο σε 30 λεπτα, η μηχανη αυτη ειναι μονοδρομος. Ειχαμε μπλεξει με πιο φθηνες μηχανες και βαλε βγαλε στο ψυγειο για 24 ωρες και ξανα βαλε και παγωτο βελουδινο να μην τα καταφερνουμε να φτιαξουμε.... Γαλα σκετο να της βαλεις θα σου βγαλει παγωτο.
Μετα 1 μηνα χρησης αρχιζουν και σπανε οι εγκοπες που κλειδωνει ο καδος. Δεν χτυπηθηκε. σπανε απ το κρυο. Σε λιγο θα χρειαστει πατεντα. Δεν το περιμενα απο τετοια ακριβη μηχανη.
Μετα 2 μηνες χρησης ζοριζεται να γυρισει ο καδος και σταματαει στα 20 λεπτα με εγκλωβισμενο το παγωτο μεσα περιμενοντας να λιωσει για να το βγαλεις. Κριμα τα λευτα που δωσαμε. Αν το ξεραμε τι ταπα ειναι θα βαζαμε ενα μιξερ με μεταλλικο καδο σε μπεν μαρι με το ιδιο αποτελεσμα. ΑΠΟΦΥΓΕΤΕ.
Επειδη και καδο να σας αλλαξουν παλι θα σπασουν οι φωλιες δειχνω φωτο που εχω βαλει λαστιχο 16αρι απο ψαροντουφεκο και το πιεζει μονιμα προς τα πισω.
As a concept and in performance it is amazing, especially for juices. What bothers me a little is that I can’t make coffee granita because it needs sugar, but okay.
Now for the bad. I’ve had it for less than a month and the container has broken in 2 places. I take very good care of it, it hasn’t been in the dishwasher and I don’t wash it with hot water. Despite that, the plastic seems to have given up. :/
P.S. The dealership sent a replacement part immediately. Now we’ll see if it will hold up
Ως σκεπτικό και απόδοση είναι καταπληκτικό, ειδικά ε χυμούς. Με χαλάει λίγο το ότι δεν μπορώ να κάνω καφέ γρανίτα επειδή θέλει ζάχαρη αλλά οκ.
Στα κακά τώρα. Την έχω λιγότερο από μήνα και μου έχει σπάσει ο κάδος σε 2 σημεία. Το προσέχω πολύ, δεν έχει μπει πλυντήριο πιάτων και δεν το πλένω με ζεστό νερό. Παρόλα αυτά το πλαστικό σαν να παρέδωσε πνεύμα. :/
Υγ η αντιπροσωπεία έστειλε ανταλλακτικό αμέσως. Τώρα μένει να δούμε αν θα αντέξει
I haven't tried anything else; I bought it based on the reviews, which 90% of the time are spot on.. quiet, in half an hour it had frozen the mixture even though it says 45 minutes.. perfect creamy ice cream.. I got the mixture ready-made and you just add water.. one of the best ice creams.. very good machine

The machine has a very interesting concept, since it freezes while at the same time stirring the mixture that is added. Unlike other 'ice cream makers', you don't need to have frozen the ingredients beforehand and have the machine simply do the mixing; this one does both. In 20-30 minutes you have ready-made soft-serve ice cream, granita, margarita, or a milkshake.
It is really very easy to use and clean, although there is a learning curve for the mixture ratios it needs, mainly for ice cream. The good thing is that it comes with a recipe book, and most of the recipes give very good results.
One of the negatives is that in order for it to make a good ice cream or smoothie consistency, it needs a fairly large amount of sugar or agave syrup; otherwise it comes out very watery and practically inedible. The good thing is that agave syrup has no calories, so the only thing left to consider is the cost or its nutritional value.
An easy recipe is 400ml heavy cream, 200ml milk, 50g sugar and 4 vanilla pods or vanilla syrup, on LO2. It gives you a fairly soft and tasty vanilla ice cream. The more heavy cream you add, the thicker the ice cream is. It also turns out well with light milk and heavy cream.
Very important, and for this reason one star less: the bucket connections on the machine are plastic and broke after a month and a half of use, with use about every other day. I don't know whether it was because I was removing it while it was still frozen in order to eat the ice cream that was left inside, whether I put it in the dishwasher 2-3 times, or whether I tightened it too much at some point(?). I should note that when the first bucket connection broke (it has three), the bucket was wobbling and it seemed to be under strain. That strain probably broke the other 2 connectors as well. So perhaps even for the first connector that broke, the strain the bucket was under when it had a fairly large amount of ice cream mixture inside may have been to blame. My mixture was always within the limits, but always at the upper limit, so that three good portions of ice cream would come out. Fortunately the distributor was excellent and replaced the bucket with a new one without much fuss.
We still have to see, with great care and always with the mixture at the lower and not the upper limit this time, whether it will hold up or whether we will have to change the bucket every month and a half or two months, which would make the machine useless once it is out of warranty..
update: The second bucket also broke, this time internally in an unrelated spot to the clips (see photo). This bucket was used for 2 ice creams and 2 margaritas in a period of less than a month. The care taken this time, as you can understand, was excessively careful, yet it broke again. It did not go in the dishwasher and was washed once by hand, so it had been put in and taken out 2 times, again with excessive care. I will go back to service to have it replaced again, but as you can understand, this cannot keep happening. There is neither time to waste nor the desire..
Η μηχανή έχει πολύ ενδιαφέρον concept, μιας και παγώνει, ενώ συγχρόνως ανακατεύει το μίγμα που προστίθεται. Σε αντίθεση με άλλες 'παγωτομηχανές', δεν χρειάζεται να έχεις παγώσει από πριν τα συστατικά και η μηχανή απλά να κάνει το ανακάτεμα, αυτή κάνει και τα δύο. Σε 20-30 λεπτά έχεις έτοιμο παγωτό μηχανής, γρανίτα, μαργαρίτα ή milkshake.
Είναι πραγματικά πανεύκολη στη χρήση και στον καθαρισμό της, αν και έχει μια καμπύλη εκμάθησης για τις αναλογίες μίγματος που χρειάζεται, κυρίως για το παγωτό. Το ευτυχές είναι ότι συνοδεύεται από βιβλίο συνταγών που οι περισσότερες δίνουν πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα.
Ένα απ τα αρνητικά είναι ότι για να σου κάνει καλή σύστασης παγωτό ή smoothie, θέλει αρκετή ποσότητα ζάχαρης ή σιροπιού αγάβης, αλλιώς βγαίνει ένα πολύ νερουλό προϊόν, που πρακτικά δεν τρώγεται. Το καλό είναι ότι το σιρόπι αγάβης, δεν έχει θερμίδες, οπότε το μόνο που μένει να σκεφτεί κανείς είναι το κόστος ή η διατροφική του αξία.
Μια εύκολη συνταγή είναι 400ml κρέμα γάλακτος, 200ml γάλα, 50gr ζάχαρης και 4 βανίλιες ή σιρόπι βανίλιας, στο LO2. Σου βγάζει αρκετά μαλακό και γευστικό παγωτό βανίλια. Όσο περισσότερο κρέμα γάλακτος βάζετε, τόσο πιο πηχτό είναι το παγωτό. Γίνεται καλό και με light γάλα και κρέμα γάλακτος.
Πολύ σημαντικό και γι αυτό το μείον ένα αστέρι, το ότι οι συνδέσεις του κάδου στη μηχανή είναι πλαστικές και σπάσανε στον ενάμιση μήνα χρήσης, με χρήση περίπου μέρα παρά μέρα. Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει το ότι τον έβγαζα ενώ ήταν ακόμα παγωμένος για να φάω το παγωτό που είχε μείνει μέσα, ότι τον έβαλα 2-3 φορές στο πλυντήριο πιάτων ή αν κάποια απ της φορές τον έσφιξα παραπανω(?). Να παρατηρήσω ότι όταν έσπασε ή πρώτη σύνδεση του κάδου(έχει τρεις), ο κάδος κουνίοταν και φαινόταν ότι ζοριζόταν. Πιθανότατα αυτό το ζόρι έσπασε και τους υπόλοιπους 2 συνδέσμους. Ίσως λοιπόν και για τον πρώτο σύνδεσμο που έσπασε να έφταιγε το ζόρι που τράβαγε ο κάδος, όταν είχε αρκετό μείγμα παγωτού μέσα. Πάντα το μείγμα μου ήταν εντός ορίων, αλλά πάντα στο ανώτατο όριο, για να βγουν τρεις καλές μερίδες παγωτό. Ευτυχώς η αντιπροσωπεία ήταν άψογη και μου αντικατεστησε τον κάδο με καινούριο χωρίς πολλά πολλά.
Μένει να δούμε με μεγάλη προσοχή και πάντα με το μείγμα στο κατώτατο και όχι στο ανώτατο όριο, αυτή τη φορά, αν θα αντέξει ή αν θα πρέπει κάθε ενάμιση δυο μήνες να αλλάζουμε κάδο, πράγμα που θα καθιστά την μηχανή άχρηστη όταν βγει εκτός εγγύησης..
update: Έσπασε και ο δεύτερος κάδος, αυτή τη φορά εσωτερικά σε άσχετο σημείο με τα κουμπώματα (βλ φώτο). Η χρήση του κάδου αυτού ήταν 2 παγωτά και 2 μαργαρίτες σε διάστημα λιγότερο από έναν μήνα. Η προσοχή στη χρήση αυτή τη φορά, όπως καταλαβαίνετε, ήταν υπερβολικά προσεκτική, παρόλαυτα έσπασε πάλι. Δεν μπήκε πλυντήριο και πλύθηκε μια φορά στο χέρι, συνεπώς είχε μπει και βγει 2 φορές, επαναλαμβάνω με υπερβολική προσοχή. Θα ξαναπάω στο σέρβις να μου τον ξαναλλάξουν, αλλά όπως καταλαβαίνετε, δεν μπορεί να γίνεται συνέχεια αυτό. Δεν υπάρχει ούτε χρόνος για χάσιμο, ούτε όρεξη..

The initial impression was the best. After a few months of use, I am thrilled. Lots of ice cream and granita all summer long. I only had one issue with the bowl, which broke in two places, but the dealership replaced it for me, and they are impeccable. One of the best purchases we have ever made. Apart from Starfoods' ready-made mixes, a recipe for very nice vanilla ice cream is this one: (400 g whole milk 3.5% fat, 400 g cream, 10 tablespoons sugar, and three packets of vanilla powder). I am of the unhealthy mindset when it comes to sugar, but the result is amazing. If it doesn't suit you, skip it. If you want granitas, Scarlet's Coffee are very good. The ready-made mix looks like jam. You pour in 150 ml of the mix and top up with water to 1000 ml, stir it, and pour it into the machine. Again with sugar, right? For healthier recipes, perhaps other buyers can help.
Η αρχική εντύπωση ήταν η καλύτερη.Μετά από λίγους μήνες χρήσης είμαι ενθουσιασμένος. Πολύ παγωτό και γρανίτα όλο το καλοκαίρι. Μόνο ένα θέμα είχα με τον κάδο που έσπασε σε δύο σημεία αλλά μου τον άλλαξε η αντιπροσωπεία η οποία είναι άψογη.Από τις καλύτερες αγορές που κάναμε ποτέ. Εκτός των έτοιμων μειγμάτων της Starfoods μια συνταγή με πολύ ωραίο παγωτό βανίλια είναι αυτή.(400gr γάλα πλήρες 3,5 λιπαρά, 400gr κρέμα γάλακτος,10 κουταλιές της σούπας ζάχαρη και τρεις βανίλιες σκόνη). Εγώ είμαι της ανθυγιεινής λογικής με τη ζάχαρη αλλά το αποτέλεσμα είναι φοβερό. Αν δεν σας κάνει προσπεράστε την. Αν θέλετε γρανίτες, πολύ καλές είναι της Scarlet's Coffee. Έτοιμο μείγμα σαν μαρμελάδα μοιάζει. Ρίχνεις 150ml μείγμα και συμπληρώνεις νερό ως τα 1000ml, ανακατεύεις και το ρίχνεις στη μηχανή. Πάλι με ζάχαρη έτσι; Για πιο υγιεινές συνταγές ίσως βοηθήσουν άλλοι αγοραστές.
The machine is the same type you see in stores for soft serve ice cream but for home use. I love soft serve ice cream and it achieves it 100%!!!! With natural ingredients, you can easily make ice cream in 30 minutes, slushies in 10-20 minutes, from pureed fruits, from soft drinks, and anything else you want. It also makes milkshakes and frozen drinks like "frozen margarita". It's only 150W, so it barely uses any electricity. The ingredients don't need to be frozen beforehand, you put them in directly. It has automatic cleaning. Definitely, for a family that loves slushies and ice cream, it will pay for itself completely!
Η μηχανή είναι η μηχανή που βλέπεις στα καταστήματα για παγωτό μηχανής αλλά σε οικιακή χρήση.
Λατρεύω το παγωτό μηχανής και το πετυχαίνει στο 100% !!!! με φυσικά υλικά, μπορείς να φτιάχνεις εύκολα παγωτά μέσα σε 30 λεπτά , γρανίτες σε 10-20 λεπτα, από πολτοποιημένα φρούτα, από αναψυκτικα και ότι άλλο θες.
Επίσης φτιάχνει milkshake και παγωμένα ποτά στυλ "|frozen margarita" είναι μόλις 150 w δλδ δε καίει καθόλου ρεύμα.
Τα υλικά δε χρειάζεται να μπουν κατάψυξη , τα βάζεις απευθείας . έχει αυτόματο καθαρισμό.
Σίγουρα σε μια οικογένεια που λατρεύει τις γρανίτες και τα παγωτά θα κάνει φουλ απόσβεση!

Η μηχανή έχει πολύ ενδιαφέρον concept, μιας και παγώνει, ενώ συγχρόνως ανακατεύει το μίγμα που προστίθεται. Σε αντίθεση με άλλες 'παγωτομηχανές', δεν χρειάζεται να έχεις παγώσει από πριν τα συστατικά και η μηχανή απλά να κάνει το ανακάτεμα, αυτή κάνει και τα δύο. Σε 20-30 λεπτά έχεις έτοιμο παγωτό μηχανής, γρανίτα, μαργαρίτα ή milkshake.
Είναι πραγματικά πανεύκολη στη χρήση και στον καθαρισμό της, αν και έχει μια καμπύλη εκμάθησης για τις αναλογίες μίγματος που χρειάζεται, κυρίως για το παγωτό. Το ευτυχές είναι ότι συνοδεύεται από βιβλίο συνταγών που οι περισσότερες δίνουν πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα.
Ένα απ τα αρνητικά είναι ότι για να σου κάνει καλή σύστασης παγωτό ή smoothie, θέλει αρκετή ποσότητα ζάχαρης ή σιροπιού αγάβης, αλλιώς βγαίνει ένα πολύ νερουλό προϊόν, που πρακτικά δεν τρώγεται. Το καλό είναι ότι το σιρόπι αγάβης, δεν έχει θερμίδες, οπότε το μόνο που μένει να σκεφτεί κανείς είναι το κόστος ή η διατροφική του αξία.
Μια εύκολη συνταγή είναι 400ml κρέμα γάλακτος, 200ml γάλα, 50gr ζάχαρης και 4 βανίλιες ή σιρόπι βανίλιας, στο LO2. Σου βγάζει αρκετά μαλακό και γευστικό παγωτό βανίλια. Όσο περισσότερο κρέμα γάλακτος βάζετε, τόσο πιο πηχτό είναι το παγωτό. Γίνεται καλό και με light γάλα και κρέμα γάλακτος.
Πολύ σημαντικό και γι αυτό το μείον ένα αστέρι, το ότι οι συνδέσεις του κάδου στη μηχανή είναι πλαστικές και σπάσανε στον ενάμιση μήνα χρήσης, με χρήση περίπου μέρα παρά μέρα. Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει το ότι τον έβγαζα ενώ ήταν ακόμα παγωμένος για να φάω το παγωτό που είχε μείνει μέσα, ότι τον έβαλα 2-3 φορές στο πλυντήριο πιάτων ή αν κάποια απ της φορές τον έσφιξα παραπανω(?). Να παρατηρήσω ότι όταν έσπασε ή πρώτη σύνδεση του κάδου(έχει τρεις), ο κάδος κουνίοταν και φαινόταν ότι ζοριζόταν. Πιθανότατα αυτό το ζόρι έσπασε και τους υπόλοιπους 2 συνδέσμους. Ίσως λοιπόν και για τον πρώτο σύνδεσμο που έσπασε να έφταιγε το ζόρι που τράβαγε ο κάδος, όταν είχε αρκετό μείγμα παγωτού μέσα. Πάντα το μείγμα μου ήταν εντός ορίων, αλλά πάντα στο ανώτατο όριο, για να βγουν τρεις καλές μερίδες παγωτό. Ευτυχώς η αντιπροσωπεία ήταν άψογη και μου αντικατεστησε τον κάδο με καινούριο χωρίς πολλά πολλά.
Μένει να δούμε με μεγάλη προσοχή και πάντα με το μείγμα στο κατώτατο και όχι στο ανώτατο όριο, αυτή τη φορά, αν θα αντέξει ή αν θα πρέπει κάθε ενάμιση δυο μήνες να αλλάζουμε κάδο, πράγμα που θα καθιστά την μηχανή άχρηστη όταν βγει εκτός εγγύησης..
update: Έσπασε και ο δεύτερος κάδος, αυτή τη φορά εσωτερικά σε άσχετο σημείο με τα κουμπώματα (βλ φώτο). Η χρήση του κάδου αυτού ήταν 2 παγωτά και 2 μαργαρίτες σε διάστημα λιγότερο από έναν μήνα. Η προσοχή στη χρήση αυτή τη φορά, όπως καταλαβαίνετε, ήταν υπερβολικά προσεκτική, παρόλαυτα έσπασε πάλι. Δεν μπήκε πλυντήριο και πλύθηκε μια φορά στο χέρι, συνεπώς είχε μπει και βγει 2 φορές, επαναλαμβάνω με υπερβολική προσοχή. Θα ξαναπάω στο σέρβις να μου τον ξαναλλάξουν, αλλά όπως καταλαβαίνετε, δεν μπορεί να γίνεται συνέχεια αυτό. Δεν υπάρχει ούτε χρόνος για χάσιμο, ούτε όρεξη..

I bought it, tried it on the programs I was interested in, and I am truly thrilled.
It makes incredible ice cream – from full fat to lighter options – and honestly, in terms of taste, it has nothing to envy from machine-made ice cream outside.
The granitas? Fantastic. And the best part:
I make them without sugar, with erythritol or even with natural juice, so I know exactly what we are consuming.
Perfect milkshakes, equally cold drinks – and now I even make Herbalife's Formula 1 in it, like a milkshake for breakfast. It has become a daily habit. It also makes it as ice cream.
I haven't tried the slushies with alcohol yet (even though it supports them), because it's not something we consume, but for anyone interested, it covers that too.

Την πήρα, τη δοκίμασα στα προγράμματα που με ενδιέφεραν και πραγματικά έχω μείνει κατενθουσιασμένη.
Φτιάχνει απίστευτο παγωτό – από full fat, μέχρι πιο light επιλογές – και ειλικρινά, σε γεύση δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από παγωτό μηχανής έξω.
Οι γρανίτες; Φανταστικές. Και το καλύτερο:
Τις φτιάχνω χωρίς ζάχαρη, με ερυθριτόλη ή και με φυσικό χυμό, οπότε ξέρω ακριβώς τι καταναλώνουμε.
Milkshakes τέλεια, κρύα ροφήματα εξίσου – και πλέον φτιάχνω και το Formula 1 της Herbalife εκεί, σαν milkshake για πρωινό. Έχει γίνει καθημερινή συνήθεια. Το φτιάχνει επίσης και παγωτό.
Δεν έχω δοκιμάσει ακόμα τα slushies με ποτό (αν και τα υποστηρίζει), γιατί δεν είναι κάτι που καταναλώνουμε, αλλά για όποιον θέλει, καλύπτει και αυτό.

Ειλικρινά, θα δουλεύει όλο το καλοκαίρι. Και για οικονομία (γιατί τα παγωτά έχουν ξεφύγει ) αλλά και για να αποφεύγουμε τη ζάχαρη με σπιτικές επιλογές.
Το μόνο που μένει να δω είναι η αντοχή στον χρόνο.
Αλλά μέχρι τώρα; Πραγματικά αξίζει.
If you want to avoid hassle and have ice cream in 30 minutes, this machine is the only way. We had gotten tangled up with cheaper machines and all the taking it out and putting it back in the freezer for 24 hours and then putting it back in and still not managing to make velvety ice cream... Just pour in plain milk and it will make ice cream.
After 1 month of use, the notches that lock the bowl start breaking. It wasn’t hit. They break from the cold. Soon it will need a workaround. I didn’t expect that from such an expensive machine.
After 2 months of use, it struggles to turn the bowl and stops at 20 minutes with the ice cream trapped inside, waiting for it to melt so you can take it out. What a shame for the money we gave. If we had known what a dud it is, we would have used a mixer with a metal bowl in a bain-marie with the same result. AVOID IT.
Because even if they replace the bowl for you, the sockets will break again, I’m showing a photo where I have put a 16 mm rubber band from a speargun and it constantly pushes it backward.
Αν θελετε να μην ταλαιπωρηθητε και να χετε παγωτο σε 30 λεπτα, η μηχανη αυτη ειναι μονοδρομος. Ειχαμε μπλεξει με πιο φθηνες μηχανες και βαλε βγαλε στο ψυγειο για 24 ωρες και ξανα βαλε και παγωτο βελουδινο να μην τα καταφερνουμε να φτιαξουμε.... Γαλα σκετο να της βαλεις θα σου βγαλει παγωτο.
Μετα 1 μηνα χρησης αρχιζουν και σπανε οι εγκοπες που κλειδωνει ο καδος. Δεν χτυπηθηκε. σπανε απ το κρυο. Σε λιγο θα χρειαστει πατεντα. Δεν το περιμενα απο τετοια ακριβη μηχανη.
Μετα 2 μηνες χρησης ζοριζεται να γυρισει ο καδος και σταματαει στα 20 λεπτα με εγκλωβισμενο το παγωτο μεσα περιμενοντας να λιωσει για να το βγαλεις. Κριμα τα λευτα που δωσαμε. Αν το ξεραμε τι ταπα ειναι θα βαζαμε ενα μιξερ με μεταλλικο καδο σε μπεν μαρι με το ιδιο αποτελεσμα. ΑΠΟΦΥΓΕΤΕ.
Επειδη και καδο να σας αλλαξουν παλι θα σπασουν οι φωλιες δειχνω φωτο που εχω βαλει λαστιχο 16αρι απο ψαροντουφεκο και το πιεζει μονιμα προς τα πισω.
As a concept and in performance it is amazing, especially for juices. What bothers me a little is that I can’t make coffee granita because it needs sugar, but okay.
Now for the bad. I’ve had it for less than a month and the container has broken in 2 places. I take very good care of it, it hasn’t been in the dishwasher and I don’t wash it with hot water. Despite that, the plastic seems to have given up. :/
P.S. The dealership sent a replacement part immediately. Now we’ll see if it will hold up
Ως σκεπτικό και απόδοση είναι καταπληκτικό, ειδικά ε χυμούς. Με χαλάει λίγο το ότι δεν μπορώ να κάνω καφέ γρανίτα επειδή θέλει ζάχαρη αλλά οκ.
Στα κακά τώρα. Την έχω λιγότερο από μήνα και μου έχει σπάσει ο κάδος σε 2 σημεία. Το προσέχω πολύ, δεν έχει μπει πλυντήριο πιάτων και δεν το πλένω με ζεστό νερό. Παρόλα αυτά το πλαστικό σαν να παρέδωσε πνεύμα. :/
Υγ η αντιπροσωπεία έστειλε ανταλλακτικό αμέσως. Τώρα μένει να δούμε αν θα αντέξει

The machine has a very interesting concept, since it freezes while at the same time stirring the mixture that is added. Unlike other 'ice cream makers', you don't need to have frozen the ingredients beforehand and have the machine simply do the mixing; this one does both. In 20-30 minutes you have ready-made soft-serve ice cream, granita, margarita, or a milkshake.
It is really very easy to use and clean, although there is a learning curve for the mixture ratios it needs, mainly for ice cream. The good thing is that it comes with a recipe book, and most of the recipes give very good results.
One of the negatives is that in order for it to make a good ice cream or smoothie consistency, it needs a fairly large amount of sugar or agave syrup; otherwise it comes out very watery and practically inedible. The good thing is that agave syrup has no calories, so the only thing left to consider is the cost or its nutritional value.
An easy recipe is 400ml heavy cream, 200ml milk, 50g sugar and 4 vanilla pods or vanilla syrup, on LO2. It gives you a fairly soft and tasty vanilla ice cream. The more heavy cream you add, the thicker the ice cream is. It also turns out well with light milk and heavy cream.
Very important, and for this reason one star less: the bucket connections on the machine are plastic and broke after a month and a half of use, with use about every other day. I don't know whether it was because I was removing it while it was still frozen in order to eat the ice cream that was left inside, whether I put it in the dishwasher 2-3 times, or whether I tightened it too much at some point(?). I should note that when the first bucket connection broke (it has three), the bucket was wobbling and it seemed to be under strain. That strain probably broke the other 2 connectors as well. So perhaps even for the first connector that broke, the strain the bucket was under when it had a fairly large amount of ice cream mixture inside may have been to blame. My mixture was always within the limits, but always at the upper limit, so that three good portions of ice cream would come out. Fortunately the distributor was excellent and replaced the bucket with a new one without much fuss.
We still have to see, with great care and always with the mixture at the lower and not the upper limit this time, whether it will hold up or whether we will have to change the bucket every month and a half or two months, which would make the machine useless once it is out of warranty..
update: The second bucket also broke, this time internally in an unrelated spot to the clips (see photo). This bucket was used for 2 ice creams and 2 margaritas in a period of less than a month. The care taken this time, as you can understand, was excessively careful, yet it broke again. The initial impression was the best. After a few months of use, I am thrilled. Lots of ice cream and granita all summer long. I only had one issue with the bowl, which broke in two places, but the dealership replaced it for me, and they are impeccable. One of the best purchases we have ever made. Apart from Starfoods' ready-made mixes, a recipe for very nice vanilla ice cream is this one: (400 g whole milk 3.5% fat, 400 g cream, 10 tablespoons sugar, and three packets of vanilla powder). I am of the unhealthy mindset when it comes to sugar, but the result is amazing. If it doesn't suit you, skip it. If you want granitas, Scarlet's Coffee are very good. The ready-made mix looks like jam. You pour in 150 ml of the mix and top up with water to 1000 ml, stir it, and pour it into the machine. Again with sugar, right? For healthier recipes, perhaps other buyers can help.
Η αρχική εντύπωση ήταν η καλύτερη.Μετά από λίγους μήνες χρήσης είμαι ενθουσιασμένος. Πολύ παγωτό και γρανίτα όλο το καλοκαίρι. Μόνο ένα θέμα είχα με τον κάδο που έσπασε σε δύο σημεία αλλά μου τον άλλαξε η αντιπροσωπεία η οποία είναι άψογη.Από τις καλύτερες αγορές που κάναμε ποτέ. Εκτός των έτοιμων μειγμάτων της Starfoods μια συνταγή με πολύ ωραίο παγωτό βανίλια είναι αυτή.(400gr γάλα πλήρες 3,5 λιπαρά, 400gr κρέμα γάλακτος,10 κουταλιές της σούπας ζάχαρη και τρεις βανίλιες σκόνη). Εγώ είμαι της ανθυγιεινής λογικής με τη ζάχαρη αλλά το αποτέλεσμα είναι φοβερό. Αν δεν σας κάνει προσπεράστε την. Αν θέλετε γρανίτες, πολύ καλές είναι της Scarlet's Coffee. Έτοιμο μείγμα σαν μαρμελάδα μοιάζει. Ρίχνεις 150ml μείγμα και συμπληρώνεις νερό ως τα 1000ml, ανακατεύεις και το ρίχνεις στη μηχανή. Πάλι με ζάχαρη έτσι; Για πιο υγιεινές συνταγές ίσως βοηθήσουν άλλοι αγοραστές.

With natural ingredients, you can easily make ice cream in 30 minutes, slushies in 10-20 minutes, from pureed fruits, from soft drinks, and anything else you want. Λατρεύω το παγωτό μηχανής και το πετυχαίνει στο 100% !!!! με φυσικά υλικά, μπορείς να φτιάχνεις εύκολα παγωτά μέσα σε 30 λεπτά , γρανίτες σε 10-20 λεπτα, από πολτοποιημένα φρούτα, από αναψυκτικα και ότι άλλο θες.
Επίσης φτιάχνει milkshake και παγωμένα ποτά στυλ "|frozen margarita" είναι μόλις 150 w δλδ δε καίει καθόλου ρεύμα.

As a concept and in performance it is amazing, especially for juices. What bothers me a little is that I can’t make coffee granita because it needs sugar, but okay.
Now for the bad. I’ve had it for less than a month and the container has broken in 2 places. I take very good care of it, it hasn’t been in the dishwasher and I don’t wash it with hot water. Despite that, the plastic seems to have given up. :/
P.S. The dealership sent a replacement part immediately. Now we’ll see if it will hold up
Ως σκεπτικό και απόδοση είναι καταπληκτικό, ειδικά ε χυμούς. Με χαλάει λίγο το ότι δεν μπορώ να κάνω καφέ γρανίτα επειδή θέλει ζάχαρη αλλά οκ.
Στα κακά τώρα. Την έχω λιγότερο από μήνα και μου έχει σπάσει ο κάδος σε 2 σημεία. Το προσέχω πολύ, δεν έχει μπει πλυντήριο πιάτων και δεν το πλένω με ζεστό νερό. Παρόλα αυτά το πλαστικό σαν να παρέδωσε πνεύμα. :/
Υγ η αντιπροσωπεία έστειλε ανταλλακτικό αμέσως. Τώρα μένει να δούμε αν θα αντέξει
I haven't tried anything else; I bought it based on the reviews, which 90% of the time are spot on.. quiet, in half an hour it had frozen the mixture even though it says 45 minutes.. perfect creamy ice cream.. I got the mixture ready-made and you just add water.. one of the best ice creams.. very good machine
Δεν έχω δοκίμασε κάτι άλλο την πήρα από τις αξιολογήσεις που στο 90% δεν πέφτουν έξω.. αθόρυβη, σε μισή ώρα είχε παγώσει το μείγμα ενώ λέει 45 λεπτά.. τέλειο κρεμωδες παγωτό.. το μείγμα το πήρα έτοιμο και απλά συμπληρώνεις νερό.. από τα καλύτερα παγωτά.. πολύ καλό μηχάνημα
The machine has a very interesting concept, since it freezes while at the same time stirring the mixture that is added. Unlike other 'ice cream makers', you don't need to have frozen the ingredients beforehand and have the machine simply do the mixing; this one does both. In 20-30 minutes you have ready-made soft-serve ice cream, granita, margarita, or a milkshake.
It is really very easy to use and clean, although there is a learning curve for the mixture ratios it needs, mainly for ice cream. The good thing is that it comes with a recipe book, and most of the recipes give very good results.
One of the negatives is that in order for it to make a good ice cream or smoothie consistency, it needs a fairly large amount of sugar or agave syrup; otherwise it comes out very watery and practically inedible. The good thing is that agave syrup has no calories, so the only thing left to consider is the cost or its nutritional value.
An easy recipe is 400ml heavy cream, 200ml milk, 50g sugar and 4 vanilla pods or vanilla syrup, on LO2. It gives you a fairly soft and tasty vanilla ice cream. The more heavy cream you add, the thicker the ice cream is. It also turns out well with light milk and heavy cream.
Very important, and for this reason one star less: the bucket connections on the machine are plastic and broke after a month and a half of use, with use about every other day. I don't know whether it was because I was removing it while it was still frozen in order to eat the ice cream that was left inside, whether I put it in the dishwasher 2-3 times, or whether I tightened it too much at some point(?). I should note that when the first bucket connection broke (it has three), the bucket was wobbling and it seemed to be under strain. That strain probably broke the other 2 connectors as well. So perhaps even for the first connector that broke, the strain the bucket was under when it had a fairly large amount of ice cream mixture inside may have been to blame. My mixture was always within the limits, but always at the upper limit, so that three good portions of ice cream would come out. Fortunately the distributor was excellent and replaced the bucket with a new one without much fuss.
We still have to see, with great care and always with the mixture at the lower and not the upper limit this time, whether it will hold up or whether we will have to change the bucket every month and a half or two months, which would make the machine useless once it is out of warranty..
update: The second bucket also broke, this time internally in an unrelated spot to the clips (see photo). This bucket was used for 2 ice creams and 2 margaritas in a period of less than a month. The care taken this time, as you can understand, was excessively careful, yet it broke again. It did not go in the dishwasher and was washed once by hand, so it had been put in and taken out 2 times, again with excessive care. I will go back to service to have it replaced again, but as you can understand, this cannot keep happening. There is neither time to waste nor the desire..
Η μηχανή έχει πολύ ενδιαφέρον concept, μιας και παγώνει, ενώ συγχρόνως ανακατεύει το μίγμα που προστίθεται. Σε αντίθεση με άλλες 'παγωτομηχανές', δεν χρειάζεται να έχεις παγώσει από πριν τα συστατικά και η μηχανή απλά να κάνει το ανακάτεμα, αυτή κάνει και τα δύο. Σε 20-30 λεπτά έχεις έτοιμο παγωτό μηχανής, γρανίτα, μαργαρίτα ή milkshake.
Είναι πραγματικά πανεύκολη στη χρήση και στον καθαρισμό της, αν και έχει μια καμπύλη εκμάθησης για τις αναλογίες μίγματος που χρειάζεται, κυρίως για το παγωτό. Το ευτυχές είναι ότι συνοδεύεται από βιβλίο συνταγών που οι περισσότερες δίνουν πολύ καλό αποτέλεσμα.
Ένα απ τα αρνητικά είναι ότι για να σου κάνει καλή σύστασης παγωτό ή smoothie, θέλει αρκετή ποσότητα ζάχαρης ή σιροπιού αγάβης, αλλιώς βγαίνει ένα πολύ νερουλό προϊόν, που πρακτικά δεν τρώγεται. Το καλό είναι ότι το σιρόπι αγάβης, δεν έχει θερμίδες, οπότε το μόνο που μένει να σκεφτεί κανείς είναι το κόστος ή η διατροφική του αξία.
Μια εύκολη συνταγή είναι 400ml κρέμα γάλακτος, 200ml γάλα, 50gr ζάχαρης και 4 βανίλιες ή σιρόπι βανίλιας, στο LO2. Σου βγάζει αρκετά μαλακό και γευστικό παγωτό βανίλια. Όσο περισσότερο κρέμα γάλακτος βάζετε, τόσο πιο πηχτό είναι το παγωτό. Γίνεται καλό και με light γάλα και κρέμα γάλακτος.
Πολύ σημαντικό και γι αυτό το μείον ένα αστέρι, το ότι οι συνδέσεις του κάδου στη μηχανή είναι πλαστικές και σπάσανε στον ενάμιση μήνα χρήσης, με χρήση περίπου μέρα παρά μέρα. Δεν ξέρω αν φταίει το ότι τον έβγαζα ενώ ήταν ακόμα παγωμένος για να φάω το παγωτό που είχε μείνει μέσα, ότι τον έβαλα 2-3 φορές στο πλυντήριο πιάτων ή αν κάποια απ της φορές τον έσφιξα παραπανω(?). Να παρατηρήσω ότι όταν έσπασε ή πρώτη σύνδεση του κάδου(έχει τρεις), ο κάδος κουνίοταν και φαινόταν ότι ζοριζόταν. Πιθανότατα αυτό το ζόρι έσπασε και τους υπόλοιπους 2 συνδέσμους. Ίσως λοιπόν και για τον πρώτο σύνδεσμο που έσπασε να έφταιγε το ζόρι που τράβαγε ο κάδος, όταν είχε αρκετό μείγμα παγωτού μέσα. Πάντα το μείγμα μου ήταν εντός ορίων, αλλά πάντα στο ανώτατο όριο, για να βγουν τρεις καλές μερίδες παγωτό. Ευτυχώς η αντιπροσωπεία ήταν άψογη και μου αντικατεστησε τον κάδο με καινούριο χωρίς πολλά πολλά.
Μένει να δούμε με μεγάλη προσοχή και πάντα με το μείγμα στο κατώτατο και όχι στο ανώτατο όριο, αυτή τη φορά, αν θα αντέξει ή αν θα πρέπει κάθε ενάμιση δυο μήνες να αλλάζουμε κάδο, πράγμα που θα καθιστά την μηχανή άχρηστη όταν βγει εκτός εγγύησης..
update: Έσπασε και ο δεύτερος κάδος, αυτή τη φορά εσωτερικά σε άσχετο σημείο με τα κουμπώματα (βλ φώτο). Η χρήση του κάδου αυτού ήταν 2 παγωτά και 2 μαργαρίτες σε διάστημα λιγότερο από έναν μήνα. Η προσοχή στη χρήση αυτή τη φορά, όπως καταλαβαίνετε, ήταν υπερβολικά προσεκτική, παρόλαυτα έσπασε πάλι. Δεν μπήκε πλυντήριο και πλύθηκε μια φορά στο χέρι, συνεπώς είχε μπει και βγει 2 φορές, επαναλαμβάνω με υπερβολική προσοχή. Θα ξαναπάω στο σέρβις να μου τον ξαναλλάξουν, αλλά όπως καταλαβαίνετε, δεν μπορεί να γίνεται συνέχεια αυτό. Δεν υπάρχει ούτε χρόνος για χάσιμο, ούτε όρεξη..
