Natural potato puree, organic, 30g, Nat-ali

Potato puree is a prevalent dish in France. Unlike the 25 minutes required to prepare homemade puree, NATALI organic purees are designed to be ready quickly: only in 5 minutes.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, as it can be prepared with milk or vegetable juice. These puree preparations are ideal for people with gluten and lactose intolerance.

• Ingredients: Potato flakes* (99.5%), Guarande salt, rosemary extract*.

Preparation method:

• Ingredients to add: 200 ml milk or vegetable juice
• Preparation time: 5 minutes

Boil 200 ml of milk (or vegetable juice) in a pot. Remove from heat, pour the package contents into the milk (or vegetable juice), stirring gently. Let it rest for a few minutes. Add, if desired, some butter and stir again until you get a smooth puree texture.
