The Mobiak gel pack can be used for cold or heat therapy and applied to various areas of the body, such as the lower abdomen, muscles and joints. It remains flexible even at −20 °C and retains its temperature for 30 minutes.

For cold therapy, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. For heat therapy, warm it in a microwave according to the product’s time and power instructions. For safer use, prolonged direct contact with the skin is not recommended.
