The Milesight GS101-868M gateway connects to a LoRaWAN® natural gas leak detector and the Milesight IoT Cloud solution for remote monitoring of sensor data and device control. The connected detector identifies methane (CH4) leaks and triggers visual and audible alarms when the concentration reaches a preset threshold.

Using a relay output and a solenoid valve output, the detector can trigger the gas valve to close and ventilation fans to turn on. It remotely sends status data and alarm messages, while locally storing a history of 800 records or events that cannot be manually deleted.
