As a result of this process, small spots may appear on the exterior surface of the product, marks from the clamps/drying supports.

Instructions for use and care:

• Not for use in microwave ovens.
• Wash the product carefully before first use.
• Avoid striking the product with metal utensils, as the enamel is fragile and may develop micro-cracks.
• Avoid thermal shocks that may damage the product.
• Do not pour cold liquids into a hot product or hot liquids into a cold product.
• Do not leave the product with liquids in the freezer, as the expansion of the liquid may damage the enamel.
• Never leave the empty enamelled product on the heat, as overheating will damage it.
• Always place the teapot on a burner suitable for the size of the product, without the flame exceeding the base.
• To clean burnt food, pour cold water with a few tablespoons of salt and baking soda and let it sit for 1 - 1.5 hours. Then wash with water, regular dishwashing detergent, and a soft sponge.
• Avoid using abrasive substances or products such as steel wool for cleaning.
• Do not use the product if the enamel on the inside is damaged.
• If the enamel starts to fade, boil the product in water with a little dishwashing detergent and then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
