Application method:

  1. Complete the nail polish application.
  2. Apply one layer of Artistic Base.
  3. Cure for 90–120 sec.
  4. Apply one layer of Water Effect Top Coat.
  5. Wait a few seconds for the droplet effect to form.
  6. Cure for 90–120 sec once you are satisfied with the result.
