The midsole features a multi-layer construction, with a full-length carbon plate positioned between the FF BLAST™ TURBO racing foam in the top layer and the FF BLAST™ PLUS foam in the base. This structure delivers exceptional shock absorption, stability during landing and explosive energy return at toe-off, helping runners maintain a fast pace with less muscle strain.

ASICSGRIP™ Outsole & Traction
