The Den Braven DIY one-component polyurethane adhesive, available in a 700 ml version, has been developed for the effective installation of thermal insulation systems with expanded (EPS) and extruded (XPS) polystyrene boards. This low-expansion adhesive cures in the presence of moisture, providing strong and durable support for insulation boards on facades and various surfaces such as wood, brick, aerated concrete (BCA), plaster, or metal.

Den Braven’s PU formula optimizes working time, eliminating the need for water and mixing, while also reducing storage space compared to traditional cement-based adhesives. The product is environmentally friendly, offers high strength after curing, and elasticity that ensures excellent adhesion at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. It is part of the Sustainable Solutions portfolio for Passive Buildings, tested for thermal transmission, water permeability, and airtightness, thus contributing to the energy efficiency of buildings.
