I don’t know what you’re writing about a broken safety seal and that it contains many kinds of magnesium; I received it normally with the seal intact when opening the cap (see photo), and in the ingredients it contains only glycinate. Now, those of you who think you’ll take magnesium and have pleasant dreams, while others in other reviews write that vitamin C doesn’t give them energy, probably have high expectations from the nature of dietary supplements. Take care of your health and your body and everything will be fine. Now, if you drink, if you smoke, if you eat gyros and pizzas, if you are overweight, if you stay up late and expect to feel young again with supplements.... better not waste your money for nothing!
The product is honest for its price and satisfactorily effective

I can't say I noticed any difference compared to other magnesium products. The thing is that out of the 750 ml of magnesium it says is elemental, only 150 ml is actually elemental, which is not mentioned anywhere, so 2 capsules are needed daily

On the issue of sleep, I can't say I saw a big difference, which is mainly where I wanted it to work...
Some nights it helps me, and others it doesn't..
The only noticeable difference I've seen since I started it is that in the mornings I don't wake up easily at all!!!

I bought it twice, and in both cases, the bottle’s inner safety seal was already detached/removed. It may be due to poor sealing or defective packaging, but we’re talking about a dietary supplement intended for consumption. For me, this is a serious issue of trust and safety.

It is chemically impossible for 750mg of magnesium bisglycinate to yield 150mg of elemental magnesium.
It is “buffered bisglycinate”, meaning: a little bisglycinate + another form of magnesium (oxide, carbonate, citrate) and the company conceals this, although it is not illegal, since the legal framework allows companies to use the term Bisglycinate without clarifying that it is not 100% bisglycinate.
A genuine 100% Bisglycinate supplement yields:
at 375 mg → 40–45 mg pure elemental magnesium
at 750 mg → 82–90 mg
and at 1000 mg → 110–120 mg

It was well sealed unlike other reviews I read, in my case it caused diarrhea and did almost nothing for cramps, muscle spasms, etc.

As another user mentioned, poor packaging, all the bottles from other companies had safety caps or were sealed airtight, this particular one had a loosely closed cap and the sticker was completely detached. You can't risk consuming this product.

Very large capsules and they seemed low quality. I tried it for several days to give it a chance but it was a complete disappointment. I also consider the positive reviews I see to be misleading because my experience was completely the opposite as several people from my family tried it as well.
