Den Braven Polyurethane Foams, 700ml. Den Braven PU Foam Extra is a one-component polyurethane foam designed for thermal insulation constructions, intended to create sealing between building elements. Den Braven PU-Foam Extra hardens in the presence of moisture from the air and building materials, ensuring both stability and flexibility of fixed elements.

The foam can be used for joints between partition walls, ceilings, and floors, perimeter joints around door and window frames, as well as for filling gaps around pipes, cables passing through walls or floors, or joints between walls and ceilings. Generally, the product has excellent adhesion to concrete, brick, stone, plaster, wood, metal, polystyrene, rigid polyurethane foam, and rigid PVC.

Limitations: It is not recommended for application on surfaces exposed to water or for filling closed cavities. It does not adhere to silicone, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or surfaces contaminated with greasy substances or oils. The product provides a moisture barrier but allows vapor to escape through the adhesive.

This product should not be used in poorly ventilated conditions unless a protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (type A1, according to standard EN 14387) is used. The packaging includes protective gloves, which should be used only for the polyurethane foam. Before use: Do not use damaged gloves. Remove them from the sheet and inflate with air to check for tightness. Be careful with long nails or jewelry, as they can damage the gloves. After use: Do not touch the outside of the gloves when removing them from your hands. Dispose of used gloves immediately.
