The Kinomap app makes your treadmill, bike, elliptical, or rowing workouts more fun than ever.

Select a video and watch your movement on the map of selected routes and the related videos that accompany them. The app will automatically adjust the incline or resistance of your equipment to match the route you have chosen!

4 Pedal Zones

Exercise correctly

Zone 1
This is the zone between the 12 and 5 o’clock positions. Ideally, point your ankle 20° downward in this zone.

Zone 2
This is the transition zone. Tighten your calf so that you point your toes 20° upward (as if wiping dirt from your heel) but keep your foot steady on the pedal.

Zone 3
The foot is lifted by the momentum of the pedal and without much muscle effort, so you don’t lose power.

Zone 4
Return to the downward movement of Zone 1 at the 12 o’clock position. Do not wait for the 3 o’clock position (as many do) because you will lose momentum and power.
