For use and care, gradual heating and cooking over low to medium heat are recommended. Use utensils made of silicone, wood or other heat-resistant materials, and lift the pot rather than sliding it across glass surfaces. Before first use, wash it with warm water and mild detergent, then dry it thoroughly.
