These nesting dolls have an appearance similar to the traditional Russian Khokhloma technique. Khokhloma painting is a folk Russian art style from the 17th century, known for its curved features depicting small flowers, berries, and leaf patterns in vivid colors. The typical color combinations include red, black, and gold.

Material: natural limewood, hand-painted with acrylic colors. The final surface is covered with a safe water-based varnish.

Manufactured in Russia, in the village of Voznesenskoye in the Novgorod region. The dolls are handcrafted, and the final paint and dimensions may vary slightly from those shown.
