Description & Specifications

The 28 kg AMILA kettlebell is designed for demanding strength training, functional fitness, and increasing muscular power. Made entirely from high-quality cast iron, it features a solid, one-piece construction for enhanced durability during use and impact.

Its surface has a special protective finish in grey that helps prevent oxidation while ensuring a secure grip during exercises. The ergonomic handle offers a comfortable hold, while the flat base provides excellent stability when placed on the floor and during floor exercises.

Basic Features

  • Weight: 28 kg for advanced strength training.
  • Material: High-density cast iron.
  • Construction: One-piece casting for maximum structural rigidity and durability.
  • Color / Finish: Protective grey coating to prevent oxidation.
  • Base Design: Flat bottom for stable placement on the floor.
  • Use: Suitable for functional training, CrossFit, weightlifting, and strength building.

Material & Durability

The AMILA kettlebell is made of solid cast iron. Its one-piece construction ensures long-lasting durability under continuous strain, intense use and drops. The grey outer coating protects the metal from corrosion and wear caused by moisture and sweat, while maintaining the right texture for optimal chalk (magnesium carbonate) grip.

Grip Ergonomics & Stability

The kettlebell handle features a carefully considered diameter and design, providing a secure, stable grip with one or both hands during dynamic movements such as swings, snatches, clean and presses, and Turkish get-ups. The flat base provides excellent stability when the weight is placed on the floor, allowing for safe storage and floor exercises such as push-ups and renegade rows without the risk of tipping over.
