My complaints are that the case it comes with is a bit of a mess inside, and not everything has a place to snap into. Apart from the 2 batteries and the charger, which each have their own clear spot to sit and not move around, the drill bits are placed in a small transparent plastic piece of junk that will break anyway if you open and close it 10–20 times. Mine arrived already broken, so I put some masking tape on its spine to make it seem useful, but anyway a deck of playing cards would have been twice as useful...
And the set of bits, as well as their adapter, are also just loose in the case without snapping into anywhere.
I don't know if there was any way to arrange everything properly from the start, but when I picked it up the case rattled like a piggy bank.
In the end, to put everything inside without it banging around like a frappe, I put the bit set under where the charger goes, put the box with the drill bits and the adapter inside on top of that, and I have left only the charger loose in the box, which because of its size and weight compared to the others doesn't move around much.

Τα παράπονα που έχω είναι πως η θήκη με την οποία έρχεται είναι μέσα λίγο χύμα τα πράγματα, και δεν έχουν όλα 'θέση' να κουμπώσουν. Πέρα από τις 2 μπαταρίες και τον φορτιστή, τα οποία έχουν καθαρά δικό τους σημείο να κάτσουν και να μην κουνιούνται, τα τρυπάνια τα έχουν βάλει σε ένα μικρό διάφανο πλαστικό Σκουπίδι που θα σπάσει ούτως ή άλλως άμα το ανοιγοκλείσεις 10-20 φορές. Εμένα που αυτό ήρθε ήδη σπασμένο έβαλα χαρτοταινία στη ράχη του για να μοιάζει χρήσιμο αλλά Τέλος Πάντων ένα κουτί από τραπουλόχαρτα θα ήταν 2 φορές ποιο χρήσιμο...
Και το σετ από μύτες όπως και ο αντάπτορας τους είναι επίσης χύμα στη θήκη χωρίς να σφηνώσουν κάπου.
Δεν ξέρω αν υπήρχε κάποιος τρόπος να τοποθετηθούν όλα μέσα σωστά εξ'αρχής, αλλά εμένα η θήκη κροτάλιζε σαν κουμπαράς όταν την πήρα στα χέρια μου.
Εν τέλη για να τα βάλω μέσα χωρίς να χτυπιούνται σαν φραπές, έβαλα το σετ μύτες κάτω από εκεί που μπαίνει ο φορτιστής, από πάνω έβαλα το κουτί με τα τρυπάνια με τον αντάπτορα μέσα και έχω αφήσει μόνο τον φορτιστή χύμα στο κουτί που λόγο όγκου και βάρους σε σχέση με τα άλλα δεν πολύ κουνιέται.
