Eye Pencil VEDO NON VEDO - I SEE I DON'T SEE

Highly blendable eye pencil with a natural formula. Ideal for use as kajal, eyeliner, and a base to enhance eye shadows and powder colors.

Transparent shimmer with green golden undertones. A non-color that provides light without excess.

You can use the Eye Pencil Pastello as:

• Kajal: Apply to the inner waterline to intensify the look. Light shades help make the eyes look larger, while darker shades highlight their shape.
• Base: Apply Pastel all over the eyelid, spread with a soft brush, and then apply an eye shadow with a similar or contrasting color using tapping.
• Eyeliner: Draw along the upper lash line with Pastel and use an eyeliner brush to smudge the color towards the outer corner of the eye for a perfect 60s finish.
• Smokey Eyes: Define the lash line and eyelid crease with thin strokes, then blend with a soft brush by diffusing the color and finish with a medium shade of eye shadow.

Set the Pastel line with eye powder or a pinch of transparent face powder to prolong its wear.
