Fitting instructions:

• Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
• Remove the water from the heat source.
• Immediately place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
• Carefully remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
• Cool the mouthguard under tap water for 1-2 seconds.
• Lick your lips and place the mouthguard in your mouth.
• Align the mouthguard with the center line of the upper teeth.
• Place the mouthguard over and around the upper teeth, pressing firmly.
• Bring the lower jaw forward and upward, close your mouth and bite down hard.
• Suck hard and press the edges of the mouthguard against the teeth and the roof of the mouth.
• Remove the mouthguard and cool under tap water for 30 seconds.
• Test for a good, secure fit.
