The Muellerguard Mouthguard is designed by a dentist and helps reduce the risk of dental injury during sports.

Fitting instructions:

1. Fill a pot with some water and bring it to a boil.
2. Remove the water from the heat source and place the mouthguard in the water for 90 seconds.
3. Remove the mouthguard from the hot water with a slotted spoon.
4. Cool the mouthguard under running tap water for 1-2 seconds.
5. Moisten your lips before placing the mouthguard in your mouth.
6. Carefully align the mouthguard with your upper teeth.
7. Place the guard on the molars and front teeth.
8. Bring the lower jaw forward at the base of the mouthguard.
9. Close your mouth and bite firmly on the mouthguard.
10. Suck and press the edges of the mouthguard for 20 seconds.
11. Remove it and cool under running tap water for 30 seconds.
12. Test for a good fit, repeat if necessary.
