I give 2 stars because for as long as it worked, its cooking was fine and its functions were good. Hydrolysis and programming for automatic shut-off and everything else was fine. BUT after 7 years, the interior has rotted! Terrible build quality for Bosch. It's a shame because the money you spend is not insignificant. I threw it away because iron shavings were falling into the food!

Purchase January 2018.
Today, after 15 minutes of operation in the grill program, a deafening sound was heard.
The inner glass of the door broke, resulting in the chamber being filled with glass of various sizes.
The problem is critical because the glass fragments have even entered inaccessible crevices. Consequently, a reasonable question that arises is how can this oven be used safely even if the glass is replaced. Also, what would be the consequences if someone opened the oven at the time of the breakage.
This specific flaw could even be a reason for product recall because it may sound like a simple problem but it can cost in human accidents.

I don't know if it happens with many ovens, but we were impressed that the exterior glass remains cool during baking. It shows quality construction and has an impressive appearance.

8-month-old kitchen and I put it to grill and after 10 minutes... the internal glass broke and glass shards everywhere... And of course, when I told them, they said it has never happened before.. (even though I found many similar incidents)... lies... unacceptable dealership in Thessaloniki... I asked for a change of oven due to glass fear and they told me they will take the oven for cleaning... put glass on it and then it will be like new and of course I trusted them... the oven arrived and it still had glass... they just changed the glass and brought it to me... unacceptable service for such a company and of course I am still waiting for them to find a solution... overall, they have disappointed me.

So the oven was purchased in 11/2018. Until now, 4/2019, everything was perfect, but today as soon as we put the food for baking, the inner fireproof glass of the door broke and the whole oven filled with glass. (There goes the burgers☹) That's why the 4 stars.

The oven was purchased in February 2018 and worked properly for the first 4 months. Then, in the middle of baking, it would suddenly stop and display an error code on the screen (E 0532) while the alarm beeped. It would only start working again after turning off and on the power from the house panel. After the first year, the situation worsened and I called for service within the warranty period. A problem with the circuit board was diagnosed and it was replaced. Unfortunately, after one month, the problem reoccurred and another issue with the circuit board was diagnosed. After this service, they contacted the company and it was decided to replace the oven with a new one. Today, on 08/04/2019, they delivered and installed the new oven. I hope I don't have any problems again. The BOSCH service in Thessaloniki was efficient, professional, and courteous, so I express my gratitude to their staff. However, I still have reservations about the product.

Purchased in 2017. Very good the first year it worked without any problems, because from the second year until today, after half an hour of use and especially when baking at a higher temperature than 180 degrees and above, it shuts down (error E0532) and to restart it, I have to turn off the main switch from the general panel for it to work again. Meanwhile, the entire oven screen shakes, while the settings menu (temperature, etc.) often freezes and does not rotate easily, which is particularly annoying. The official Bosch service told me that with so many sensors it has to save electricity, it gets confused and shuts down, and after the technician checked the insulation clearance, for a hundredth deviation from the specifications, they told me that they can't do anything and if I bought another oven, it wouldn't do it.

Very good oven. I have it for 1 year.
The only downside I would say is the condensation that forms inside the oven and when you open it, some drops drip down to the bottom.
Generally satisfied!

Very good oven, bakes very nicely and quickly.
After 3 years of use, I am extremely satisfied. Get it with closed eyes.
Of course, there is one negative thing: after 2 years, while baking, I heard a crack and the inner glass of the oven broke suddenly... Of course, I had a warranty and they came and replaced it for me...

One of the best choices I made for my home.
I have had it for almost 3 years.

Extremely quiet.
It is worth buying the telescopic mechanism, which allows the rails with grid and tray to come out, so that you can easily put in and take out anything from the oven without getting burned.
