CX80 CERACX SYNTHETIC GREASE

Multifunctional synthetic grease containing an extensive complex of calcium sulfonates, designed for very demanding conditions, water resistant, suitable for low and medium rotation speeds.

• Excellent thermal stability – restores its original texture after cooling to normal temperature

• Excellent water resistance – the composition remains unchanged even when a large amount of water enters the grease
• Free of lead and other heavy metals harmful to health and the environment
• High mechanical stability
• Resistance to high shear speeds
• Operating temperature range from -35°C to +190°C
• NLGI grade 1-2

APPLICATIONS: Lubrication of all types of compositions subject to high pressures and shock loads, operating in conditions where the grease frequently comes into contact with water (including seawater due to enhanced anti-corrosion properties).

• Lubrication of continuous casting line components, rollers in steel plants, bearings in wet and dry paper mill units (fabric rolls)
• In industries with harsh working conditions (humidity, loads, high temperatures, dust, etc.)
