Sigmafast 20 Anti-Corrosion Paint for Hardwoods 20L - RAL 3000

Quality Tested at Sea

Suitable for painting hard (rigid) steel surfaces.

A minimum film thickness of 150 microns (2-3 coats) is required for complete protection of the painted surface.

Used and recommended by professionals in the field of anti-corrosion protection. Ideal for protecting workshops.

Main Advantages of the Paint:

  • Excellent adhesion even on hardwoods
  • Extreme resistance to corrosion and water penetration
  • Suitable for protecting welded joints
  • Can be recoated with most alkyd, chlorinated rubber, vinyl, epoxy, polyurethane, and automotive paints

Technical Data:

  • Touch dry time: 15 minutes
  • Second coat application at 20°C: After 45 minutes
  • Solid content: 55%
  • Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
  • Coverage at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
  • Gloss: Matte
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

For durable protection lasting years, the surface must be shaped, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting.

Use of an ABE1P3 filter mask is recommended.
