Sigmafast 20 Anti-Corrosion Paint for Rust 20L - RAL 2009

MARINE QUALITY

Suitable for painting rusty (corroded) metal surfaces.

A minimum film thickness of 150 microns (2-3 coats) is required for full protection of the painted surface.

Used and recommended by industry professionals against corrosion. Ideal for workshop protection.

MAIN ADVANTAGES OF THE PAINT:

  • Excellent adhesion even on rust
  • High resistance to corrosion and water penetration
  • Suitable for protecting welded joints
  • Can be recoated with most alkyd, chlorinated rubber, vinyl, epoxy, polyurethane, and automotive paints

TECHNICAL DATA:

  • Touch dry time: 15 minutes
  • Second coat application at 20°C: After 45 minutes
  • Solids content: 55%
  • Recommended film thickness: 50-80 μm
  • Coverage rate at 50 μm: 11 m²/L
  • Gloss: Matte
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 21-06 or Solid Thinner 06

The surface must be dirtied, washed, and degreased with Solid Cleaner 05 before painting to achieve lasting protection.
