Description

The exhaust pipe expander set includes 7 expander heads for expanding low-carbon steel and stainless steel pipes to fit exhaust system connections. The heads accommodate pipe diameters from 41.27 mm to 107.95 mm and wall thicknesses of up to 1.5 mm. To use, first lubricate all parts, select the appropriate head, then clamp and expand the pipe.

The tools are made of carbon steel and aluminium and are stored in a carrying case that protects them during transport and storage. A 1/2" or 3/4" impact wrench can be used for expansion.
