Application method: Apply the desired semi-permanent polish or gel. Cure with a UV lamp. Apply the pigment over the diffuse surface using a brush or even a finger. Remove excess with a dense brush or a fan brush. Smooth the powder on the nail surface until a uniform layer is achieved. Seal with Top Coat.
