The plastic strips, by de Buyer, are compatible with pastry rings. They prevent the ingredients from sticking to the ring. The strips are pre-cut, 27 cm in length, and are suitable for pastry rings with a maximum diameter of 8 cm and a height of 4 cm. Since the strips are already pre-cut, they are easy to use. The strips are suitable for single use only.
