The X-Cel LX eyepiece series from Celestron offers a 60° apparent field of view, ideal for observing the Moon, planets, and other deep sky objects. The six-element optical system features fully multi-coated lenses with high transmittance material, ensuring clear and sharp images. The edges of the optics are blackened for high contrast.
All X-Cel LX eyepieces have a comfortable 16 mm eye relief and are parfocal, allowing you to switch between them with minimal or no adjustment of the focus. Made from black anodized aluminum, they include a rubber extension to help adjust the height. The rubber ribbed grip ensures a firm hold, even in wet conditions or while wearing gloves.
