Eucalyptus Honey from Famille Mary

Eucalyptus honey is a monofloral honey, instantly recognizable by its distinctive taste, aroma, and color. It comes from the blossoms of eucalyptus trees found in the forests of Andalusia.

Eucalyptus honey is produced by bees that pollinate eucalyptus flowers and sometimes collect honey from the bark of these trees. It has a medium dark color and may have a slight reddish tint. The darker the eucalyptus honey, the stronger its reddish hue.
