Red Donkey was created by combining selected barley malts to give it its characteristic brown hue and a variety of fine hops such as Aurora and Styrian Golding from Slovenia, Citra from Washington, and Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Fermentation is ensured by an alternative type of Belgian yeast, thus leading to a result where the fruity taste and the rich, full body are the dominant elements.
