Neodymium Magnets. Neodymium magnets are an alloy of neodymium, iron, and boron (Nd2Fe14B). They are the most powerful permanent magnets, but they are fragile under impact and lose their magnetic properties at temperatures above 80°C. They have numerous applications in computers, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, automobiles, advertising and product printing, in the furniture industry, and in children's toys. These magnets offer the best ratio of attractive force to price. They are resistant to corrosion, rust, and scratches, but they are fragile.
