The Artisans Vignerons de Naoussa dry white wine is made from Malagousia and Roditis grapes grown in vineyards in Naoussa at an altitude of around 500 metres. The grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in old clay amphorae for 20 days. The wine is then aged on the lees for 8 months in larger amphorae with a capacity of approximately 1,000 litres, before being bottled with light filtration and the addition of sulphites.
In the glass, it has a clear orange colour, with aromas of apricot, orange peel and dried pineapple, along with notes of nuts and herbs. It is full-bodied and has an oily texture, balanced by light tannins and lively acidity, with a lingering finish.
