Description & Specifications

A high-quality Viognier, as the grapes come from a specific vineyard, while fermentation takes place in oak barrels. This wine acquires concentration and rich character. Its color is delicate golden and its bouquet balances wonderfully between tropical fruits, apricot jam, jasmine, yeast, vanilla, and wood notes. Full and rich on the palate, with good structure and refreshing acidity. The aftertaste is long, with the barrel expressing itself discreetly until the end. It pairs well with grilled chicken, large prawns, and chicken giouvetsi.
