Mini madeleine baking tray with 20 cavities, made of steel, with a non-stick coating, brand de Buyer.

Features:

  • Guaranteed PTFE coating (PFOA free) for easier removal of cakes.
  • The steel is protected from oxidation and is easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating.
  • Excellent cooking results thanks to the steel: the baking tray reaches high temperatures, allowing even baking and caramelization of the cakes.
  • The compartments of the trays are arranged to optimize the circulation of hot air.
  • Suitable for traditional oven up to 220°C. Not suitable for microwave oven.
  • Do not use metal objects on the molds.
  • Oil the tray before use.
  • Wash the tray by hand using a non-abrasive sponge. Not dishwasher safe.

Tray dimensions: 40 x 12 cm. Individual mold size: 4.3 x 3 cm. Tray height: 1 cm. Thickness: 0.4 millimeters.
