Σigmacover 456 Concrete Floor Paint 4L - Temperature Resistance up to -10°C! RAL 7043

Two-component, epoxy thick membrane paint.

Main Advantages of the Paint:

  • Designed as an intermediate or final coat in coating systems for steels exposed to dry and marine conditions.
  • Can be applied directly to concrete.
  • Very fast curing.
  • Cures at temperatures down to -10°C.
  • Excellent adhesion to old epoxy, alkyd, and chlorinated rubber paints.
  • Durable with long-lasting elasticity.
  • Easy application with brush, roller, or spray.

  • Warehouses with pallet trucks

Concrete Painting Instructions:

Preparation Layer: The first coat is Sigmacover 456 paint mixed with Solid Thinner 92.

Ratios for surface preparation of approximately 10m²:

  • Volume ratio:
  • BASE - 1 liter
  • HARDENER - 0.220 liters
  • THINNER - 0.4 liters

The Actual Coat: The subsequent coats use only Sigmacover 456. The base and hardener should be mixed in a 4.5:1 ratio.

1 LITER BASE WITH 0.220 LITER HARDENER.

Note: Paint coverage depends on the concrete’s absorption and the desired protection thickness.

One package covers up to 12m² of ready floor mixture with a thickness of 200 microns.

To achieve the result shown in the images, sprinkle decorative flakes on the freshly applied layer and wait 8 hours. Then, protect the surface with Sigmadur Clearcoat polyurethane.

Technical Data:

  • Drying time: 2 hours
  • Second coat application at 20°C: After 3 hours
  • Solid content: 65%
  • Gloss: Semi-glossy
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
  • Full curing: 4 days
  • Available only in colors from RAL and NCS charts.

The colors in the chart are indicative and may slightly differ from actual colors due to screen resolution.

This product is customized to the customer's color order and is non-returnable.

In enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces, mask use is recommended due to the volatile odor of the thinner. Masks with ABE1P3 filters are recommended.
