Sigmacover 456 Structural Floor Paint 4L

Two-component, thick epoxy paint with excellent weather resistance.

Concrete Painting Instructions:

• Preparation: First coat with Sigmacover 456 mixed with Solid Thinner 92.
• Ratio per area of 10m²:
• Base: 1 liter
• Hardener: 0.220 liters
• Solvent: 0.4 liters
• Subsequent Coats: Use only Sigmacover 456 with a 4.5:1 ratio.

Technical Data:

• Touch dry: 2 hours
• Second coat at 20°C: After 3 hours
• Solid content: 65%
• Gloss: Semi-glossy
• Recommended solvent: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
• Full curing: 4 days

Color tones may slightly differ from the actual shades due to screen resolution. This paint is specially customized according to the customer's order and is non-returnable.

Use of a mask is recommended in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas due to the volatile solvent odor.
