Important product feature: Sigmacover 350 design, epoxy paint for concrete floors with a thick layer, RAL 2009.

  • Preparation: Primer/coat paint, based on epoxy resin.
  • Advantages:
    • Primary paint allowing use on less prepared substrates in marine and land industries.
    • High resistance to impact and wear.
    • Can be recoated with most two-component epoxy and polyurethane paints.
    • Fast curing.
    • Easy application with brush, roller, or spray.
    • Smooth and easy to clean.
    • Compatible with most old coatings.
    • Excellent corrosion resistance.
    • Resistant to splashes and spilled chemicals.

Concrete painting instructions:

  • First coat: Sigmacover 350 paint with the addition of Solid Thinner 92.

Preparation ratio for an area of approximately 10 m²:

  • Volume:
    • BASE - 1 liter
    • HARDENER - 0.25 liter
    • THINNER - 0.4 liters

Technical data:

  • Touch dry time: 2 hours
  • Second coat application at 20°C: After 6 hours
  • Solid content: 72%
  • Recommended film thickness: 100-150 μm
  • Coverage at 100 μm: 7.2 m²/L
  • Gloss: Semi-gloss
  • Recommended thinner: Sigma 91-92 or Solid Thinner 92
  • Full curing: 7 days

Application requires caution in areas with poor ventilation. The use of a mask is recommended due to the volatile odor of the thinner.
